A-STAND Candy Electric Blue

A-Stand paints are high quality, lacquer type products, specifically for airbrush use, not brush use. The different ranges include very high resistance primers, a wide range of metallic colours, transparent paints with a glossy finish, and candy colours with bright and vibrant tones. The A-Stand product series also includes highly resistant matt, satin and gloss varnishes and Aqua Gloss acrylic varnish; perfectly compatible with any type of paint. Of course, the specific A-Stand thinner is also included, suitable for all products except Aqua Gloss acrylic varnish. As all the ranges have the same formulation, they can be mixed together without any problem to achieve different colours and shades.

The fine pigment and dilution of A-Stand paints, primers and varnishes allows them to be airbrushed directly from the can, although A-Stand Airbrush Thinner & Cleaner A.MIG-2013 can be added to achieve thinner and subtler coats. Use normal air pressure, depending on what your airbrush requires or your personal taste, usually between 1 and 2 bar. Let dry for one hour before applying other colours on top. After 24 hours, they harden completely and allow masking tape and weathering products to be used safely. While they dry, keep the model protected with a clean lid to prevent dust from adhering. As these paints contain some toxic components, it is recommended to wear a mask and to apply them in a ventilated environment.
